  Horrible customer experience. I was advised by store personnel to retrieve my Galaxy S7 from a well. when I took it into the store for a replacement, another representative refused to accept the phone due to water damage. I explained that I had just spent $300 to retrieve the phone from the well because of what another employee had told me the day before. They insisted the phone would not be accepted and I should pay $560 to get out of the lease agreement. Then; I could go on to buy another phone from them to replace it, for $30 a month for 2 more years. I asked to speak to the manager. The guy came back and said the manager was busy and I would have to wait 45 minutes. When I called the bluff and said I'd wait, he went back to the manager and told her I was waiting. He returned again to tell me it now would be 1-1/2 hours minimum, and as I watched the manager literally with nothing to do (except try to ignore me). I have been with Sprint since 1994 (as nextel too before sprint bought them) so clearly they couldn't care less about keeping me as a customer. Stay away. This is without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had in 57 years of living. Too bad I couldn't give zero stars because that's what they deserve. come on Sprint; really? Sad and very bad.
