  Ok, so I just had one of the rudest sales experience EVER as I called to order 55 gallons of paint. Renae picked up the phone and asked what kind of products I was interested in. I told her I needed a recommendation; it was exterior and that I'd be covering painted masonry. She said that there were a TON of options (which I expected) and again asked which product I wanted. I, again, asked for a recommendation (by this point, I had a sneaky suspicion that this conversation was going nowhere) and she laughed and said, "well, you can have whatever you waaaaaaaaaaaant." At that point, I asked for her name, thanked her for her very precious time and hung up. Someone else, literally anyone else, that can give me a recommendation for an exterior grade paint to cover masonry without being cynical, snide and downright rude will have the pleasure of selling me 55 gallons of paint. I don't think I'd buy paint from Renae if she had the last gallon of paint on this planet. Seriously.
