Reviews about Sears

No wonder Sears is almost dead. The employees at this location are beyond incompetent, and it's impossible to go in without having some sort of issue. They either do not know how to apply your rewards, do not know how to return your items, do not know how to ring up service contracts, or (in the case of the warehouse employees) can not locate your items without asking you for the same salescheck/credit card/ order confirmation information you've given them 13 times over before admitting they put it in " the wrong spot" (note: if you are a warehouse picker, this is almost 90% of your job). Management is worse, as they are not only incompetent, but at best liars, and at worst frauds. They will tell you they cannot help, lie to other employees about your situation, and do whatever they can to get you to leave and come when someone else is there. Alyssa, one of the managers at this location, is especially terrible and will simply tell you she doesn't know what to do, or can't do anything without listening to you or offering you any follow-up. Again, it's either incompetence or fraud, and her bad attitude and dismissive manner do not do Sears any favors. I have spent literally thousands at sears on tools and appliances, but will now just go to Home Depot or Lowe's. The only reason I will go back to Sears is to use the coupons and points they flood you with in a desperate attempt to get customers, as they make certain items ludicrously cheap or free. I have no questions as to why they need to do this considering how this store operates.
