One of the shredders stopped working recently and it is under factory warranty and OfficeMax's protection plan. OfficeMax asked us to contact the factory, but factory will not fix it because it is not a defect. But OfficeMax is just giving us run-around and will not do anything until factory warranty expires (one year). OfficeMax (now office depot) is refusing to honor its contract. Buying any electronics from this store is a very very risky proposition. The warranty they sell is worthless.
